Dont know if you remember me saying, but me and my sister reported to the police all that had happened during the abuse from our Uncle when we were younger, Well i had a call off Derbyshire police and there has been someone assigned to the case now and he will officially start researching. He is at the momment looking into any other contact that my Uncle had with children, I asked if he was on the six offenders list and he isn't but the police said its only if they make a prosectution that he will be put on the list, anyhow at least things are moving forward, not what i need at the min, but this should have been done a long long time ago, goodness knows how many people have been affected that could have been avoided!

Glad its all moving forward sarah ..have they actually spoken to your Uncle yet and how is things now with your mother?

Just keep telling yourself you absolutely did the right thing. With any luck they'll arrest and prosecute him.
